A register accepted at submission can still be rejected later
Normfort sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company, operates RegisterBench (registerbench.com), a B2B SaaS web application for EU financial entities and the consultancies that serve them.
It guides the user through building, validating and exporting the Register of Information that Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA) requires them to submit annually - a structured register of their ICT third-party contractual arrangements.
What it does
- It provides a guided wizard per template and imports existing Excel workbooks, CSV files and the previous year's reporting package.
- It validates the register against EBA validation rules and technical checks, and every finding points to the row and column that caused it.
- Legal entity identifiers are checked against the public GLEIF database.
- It exports the reporting package in the xBRL-CSV format of the EBA taxonomy, and the export is deterministic: the same data produces byte-identical files.
- It compares the register with the previous reporting cycle and pre-fills the next cycle from it.
- For a register that comes back rejected, the customer loads the feedback file received, and the product maps its error codes onto the rows and columns that produced them.
- A full export of the customer's data works in any account state.
What it does not do
We provide no integration with any supervisory portal or government API, and we never file anything on a customer's behalf.
The product ends at a validated export package. The customer submits it to their own national competent authority themselves.
RegisterBench is business software sold on subscription. It is not a regulated financial product or service in any jurisdiction, and it is not a payment service: we do not hold, transmit or invest anyone's money, we do not intermediate in any transaction, and we give no investment, credit or trading advice.
The product does not interpret the regulation and is not legal advice. It does not decide which of the customer's functions are critical or important.
Plans
Every plan is a licence to use the software, billed annually and used self-service. No plan includes human work on a customer's register: we do not build, populate, review or file registers for anyone, and our support is limited to the operation of the product.
Plans are annual only, with public net prices in EUR: Standard at 1 490 EUR per year and Group at 2 490 EUR per year.
The Advisory plan - a multi-organisation licence for consultancies, priced per register held in the tool (minimum three) - costs 990 EUR per client register per year.
The Trial plan is free, needs no card and has no time limit. It covers building, import, validation and draft export. Only the final export requires a paid plan.
Paddle is the merchant of record and issues the invoice. Customers pay by card or by bank transfer against that invoice.
RegisterBench is delivered exclusively as an online application over the Internet, with nothing downloadable and no one-off licence.
Production launch and checkout are planned for December 2026.
